To edit an encounter, look at the encounter module in the right-hand sidebar. If you’re on mobile, you will need to click the Book icon in the top right hand corner.

From there, you will be able to edit the turn order by dragging characters, change teams of NPCs/Monsters, and delete entities from the encounter.
