One bug for each report
Creating a separate report for each bug helps us track and notify you better when a particular bug is fixed.
Include Steps to Reproduce
How can we reproduce the bug or error on our end? Trace your steps and let us know what you were doing when you encountered the issue.
Include IDs
URL
Submit the URL of the page you are having an issue on. This URL contains IDs that are helpful when debugging issues.
Event ID
If you are in a campaign and there was something wrong with a specific message, click the 3 dots and then click “Copy Event ID”. This will allow us to view logs and point us to the specific message that had an issue and will help us debug a lot faster. Sending us an event ID does mean that we will look at the message in question and a few messages before/after it as well. For more information on what data the developers can see, read more here.
Include Screenshots or Videos
If you can include screenshots or videos, they can definitely help us get an idea of what’s happening on your end. Not always necessary, but they help!
Use a Descriptive Title
Titles are how we quickly find relevant reports and provide you updates. The title “Combat” is much less useful than “Error when selecting weapon during combat”
